Tech billionaire Elon Musk has welcomed his fourth child with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis, expanding his family to 14 children.
The announcement came via social media on February 28, when Zilis shared the birth of their son, Seldon Lycurgus.
“Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son, Seldon Lycurgus,” Zilis posted on X, formerly Twitter.
She described the newborn as being “built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold.” Musk responded to her post with a heart emoji.
Musk and Zilis, who works as an executive at his brain-chip startup Neuralink, previously welcomed twins Strider and Azure in 2021, followed by their daughter Arcadia in 2023.
The latest addition to Musk’s growing family comes amid reports that conservative commentator Ashley St. Clair gave birth to his 13th child five months ago. St. Clair, a known supporter of right-wing causes, has reportedly filed a paternity suit against the billionaire.
Musk, 52, has been vocal about his views on population growth, often expressing concerns over declining birth rates. He previously dismissed suggestions that he was keeping his growing family a secret, stating in an interview with Page Six last year, “All our friends and family know. Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret.’”
Apart from his children with Zilis, Musk shares five children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk, and three with singer Grimes.
