The earlier announcement made by the airways on internet read: We’re excited to be launching our new 4-times weekly service to Lahore, Pakistan on 12th October 2020. The route will be operated by a 787-8 and is available to book now at http://ba.com”
Departing from Heathrow terminal 5, all flights will be landing at Lahore international airport.
Christian Tuner, British high court commissioner to Pakistan stated about this: “The first-ever British Airways flights to Lahore is a sign of confidence in Pakistan, and the deepening ties between our two countries. I hope it will open up even more opportunities for business links, people-to-people ties, and tourism.”
