Renowned international model Bella Hadid is of view that the campaign against the inhumane blockade and colonialism should keep on happening regardless of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas.
Israeli forces took lives of more than 200 individuals including children in recent bombings on Palestinians before a ceasefire was arranged by Egypt.
The model, whose father Mohammad Hadid belongs to Palestinian origin, also felt sorry for the people who are using the pro-Palestine campaign only for the sake of creating a violent and hateful atmosphere towards Jewish people.
She mentionedin a statement that these anti-Semitic people should be embarrassed of themselves, further stating that what they are doing is an hypocritical act to the actual note behind Free Palestine movement.
“I have said this before and I want to make it clear again. By speaking for the equal rights of Palestinians people, I am never condoning violence or hate against the Jewish community. It is unacceptable especially in the name of another marginalized group,” said Bella Hadid.
She further said “Everyone deserves the right to feel safe regardless of their religion where they are from, or the actions of their government.”
