Syed Zameer Shah, a Pakistani calligrapher, has won the US Presidential Award

    A $250 cash prize was won by Syed Zameer Shah, a resident of Haripur, in the Islamic calligraphy exhibition competition held in the United States of America (USA).

    Prominent calligraphers from 19 Islamic countries participated in this competition and showed off their work. Shah won a cash prize and took first place with his Islamic artwork.

    Shah’s works have previously been on display at Islamic exhibitions held in a number of nations, including Pakistan. This is unquestionably not the first time Shah has received a prize for them.

    Shah claims that he learned the previous evening that he had won the contest. He was overjoyed that calligraphers from all over the world had displayed their work in the online contest show in the United States. He continued by saying that the competition’s first-place award for his black-and-white artwork had inspired him to keep getting better.

    Shah is a well-known Islamic calligrapher whose exquisite works are also winning praise on a global scale.
