CDA Receives Rs. 11.2 Billion From the Islamabad Plot Auction

The fourth and last day of the Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) plot sale will take place today.

The city authorities sold seven additional plots yesterday, bringing the total number of plots sold to 15. In its first three days, the CDA reported earning Rs. 11.282 billion, according to a news statement.

The third day of the auction saw the highest bid of Rs. 47.026 million, which was placed on Plot No. 6 in Sector F-6/4.

Plot No. 1 was one of the additional plots sold, going for Rs. 44.35 million. Plot No. 2, Rs. 24.847 million, Plot No. 3, Rs. 27.34 million, Plot No. 4, Rs. 31.01 million, and Plot No. 5, Rs. 40.52 million were the other plots.

Additionally, at the auction, a plot in Sector F-8/4 designated for a fruit, vegetable, and meat shop was sold for Rs. 42.106 million.

Earlier, CDA had impressively raised Rs. 10.94 billion by selling eight plots in the first two days.

Plot 8 in Blue Area, with a total area of 2666.66 square yards, is now the most expensive plot in the auction after being sold for Rs. 4.45 billion.
