Hasan Ali, a fast bowler for the Green Shirts, will not play because of a fever, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) confirmed on Thursday as the team gets ready for a big game against South Africa.
“Hasan Ali, Pakistan’s fast bowler, is unavailable for Pakistan’s match against South Africa due to illness,” the board stated in a brief statement.
Despite having a fever yesterday night, the PCB said that Hasan is well and that the pacer will have time off to fully recuperate before the remaining games.
