Zong 4G, the top telecom provider in Pakistan, has started working with Knowledge Platform, a well-known provider of educational technologies. The “Digital Scholars Programme,” an inventive project that aims to change education in 60 schools and help 3,000 students throughout Pakistan, is the result of this partnership.

A vital part of Zong’s Sustainability Initiative to enhance education in isolated and underdeveloped regions of Pakistan is the Zong Digital Scholars Programme. The schools were chosen to offer technology-driven education in underserved communities around the nation.

In the past, Zong 4G has established digital laboratories throughout the nation to better equip and digitalize educational and career centres in collaboration with institutions including PAGE, HANDS, and PBM.
The Math Tutoring Programme for Grades 9 and 10, created in association with Knowledge Platform and school instructors, is the centrepiece of the Zong Digital Scholars Programme.

Furthermore, a wide number of disciplines are covered in the English & Sciences Self-Study Programme for Grades 9 and 10, including biology, chemistry, English, general science, mathematics, and physics.

A wide range of materials, such as lesson plans, evaluation instruments, and instructional games and films, will be available to participating schools. Zong is dedicated to giving schools the resources they need to establish a positive learning environment.

Monthly and yearly awards will be given out as part of the Zong Digital Scholars programme to honour exceptional students, instructors, and educational institutions. Zong’s commitment to promoting academic achievement and recognising the contributions of people who have contributed to its success is demonstrated by this programme.

“The partnership between Zong 4G and Knowledge Platform is reflective of our promise to leave a brighter future for future generations through digital innovation,” said the official Zong 4G spokesman while discussing the alliance. Over 3000 children’s lives may be actively changed by offering Knowledge Platform solutions to schools in underserved areas, which is one of Zong’s main areas of concentration.

Speaking about the endeavour, Mr. Mahboob Mahmood, the CEO and Founder of Knowledge Platform, added, “We are thrilled to innovate with Zong 4G to develop a new model for edtech.” Teachers from partner schools and the Knowledge Platform will collaborate with students. Together, we shall all instruct and learn. We want to actively monitor the development of this practice in order to refine and expand our model.

Zong 4G is excited about the beneficial effects the Zong Digital Scholars Programme will have on Pakistani education. Through this partnership, Zong aims to contribute to the development of a digitally literate and empowered generation, paving the way for a brighter future for the nation.
