Islamabad United Announces PSL 9 Sponsors

Internationally renowned corporations such as Foodpanda, Tim Hortons, and TCL have committed to sponsoring Islamabad United’s 2019 season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL). Because United has won the PSL twice, they have been able to draw in these businesses.

The inaugural PSL season was won by Islamabad in 2016. Misbah-ul-Haq led the squad with distinction and was also a successful national team captain.

The sponsorship agreements have evolved since 2016. In comparison to the businesses that will sponsor United in the future season, the sponsors from that year had a less well-known brand.

Tetra Pak and Fast Cables are two national brands that are associated with the cricket team Islamabad United. It is anticipated that the United team’s cricket players in the ninth season will advertise and publicise the businesses supporting the team in the capital city.

The PSL was first hosted in the United Arab Emirates, but it quickly moved to Pakistan to host league matches.

When PSL first started, Dean Jones, an ex-Aussie cricket player, was in charge of the backroom crew. After learning of his untimely passing, United chose to choose a different coach or manager.

With a talented roster selected for the team, Islamabad United is poised to soar in the ninth PSL season.
