A comprehensive welfare package aiming at enhancing the lives of Karachi kids has been launched by Governor Sindh Kamran Tessori. Several efforts are included in the package:
To combat hunger and malnutrition, free medical exams as well as a daily meal will be offered in schools.
To create secure learning environments, ten run-down schools will be transformed into model facilities.
To stop hunger, a food security programme will provide meals for youngsters living on the streets.
In order to strengthen these programmes, the governor has requested community cooperation.
Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has commended Governor Tessori’s aggressive attitude for tackling important issues and enhancing the lives of Karachi’s kids. These actions are anticipated to have a major effect on the children of the community, guaranteeing that they get the help and instruction they require.
