Tour of Australia, Sahibzada Farhan appointed captain of Pakistan Shaheens

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) handed over the leadership of Pakistan Shaheens to Sahibzada Farhan for the four-day matches against Bangladesh.

According to PCB, the 15-member squad of Pakistan Shaheens under the leadership of Sahibzada Farhan will leave for Dubai, Australia on Saturday morning. Pakistan will play two four-day matches and one ODI against Bangladesh A.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Shaheens will also play an ODI match against the Australian club ‘Northern Territory’. All matches will be played in Darwin, Australia.

Pakistan Shaheens squad includes captain Sahibzada Farhan, Haseebullah, Qasim Akram, Muhammad Irfan Khan, Muhammad Ali and Kamran Ghulam. Kashif Ali, Khurram Shehzad, Mehran Mumtaz, Mohammad Harira, Mubaser Khan, Umeer Bin Yousaf, Shahnawaz Dhani, Tayyab Tahir and Umar Amin are also part of the squad.
A change has been made in the Pakistan squad for the series, Haneen Shah is out of the squad due to injury, Qasim Akram has been included in the squad in his place.
