Princess Kate wears Diana’s ring again — What’s hidden meaning?

Princess Kate’s recent appearance at the Festival of Remembrance, wearing her iconic sapphire engagement ring once owned by Princess Diana, has sparked discussions among royal watchers and jewelry experts.

The Princess of Wales, 42, wore the piece publicly for the first time in months, and many speculate that it holds a deeper message of continuity and respect for the Royal Family.

Experts suggest that Kate’s decision to wear the ring, originally inherited by Prince Harry but later passed to Prince William, may symbolize her appreciation for the family’s legacy.

Tobias Kormind, Managing Director of 77 Diamonds, noted that the ring was famously worn by Diana even after her divorce and, today, serves as a connection between generations of the family. “It speaks to a strong sense of continuity and perhaps a subtle nod to Kate’s appreciation for the Royal Family,” Kormind told GB News.

The Festival of Remembrance event took place ahead of Remembrance Sunday, where Kate attended the service at the Cenotaph, dressed in a classic black Catherine Walker coat dress.

Her ensemble also featured Queen Elizabeth II’s Bahrain Pearl Drop Earrings, a Juliette Millinery hat.
