The institute for public opinion research has recently conducted a general survey on public opinions on current political situation in Pakistan amidst the pandemic that has engulfed entire world in its critical scenario.
More than 1500 respondents had participated in the survey and it was carried out during the first two weeks of December i.e. from 2nd December to 14th December.
According to the results of the survey, around 56% Pakistanis are of the view that opposition should not conduct any public rally for now in fact they should postpone it as the covid-19 spread in country is rising by every passing day.
23% from the total respondents were of a different view that opposition should go ahead with the rallies regardless of the coivd-19 spread in country and should not postpones it.
56% respondents were satisfied with Prime Minister Imran Khan’s response and actions in regard to the pandemic crisis whereas 31% were not much satisfied with it. On the same question, the previous survey had around 52% satisfied respondents.
Almost 56% i.e. 5 out of 10 respondents stated that they will be taking the coronavirus vaccine whereas 34% respondents believed that they were not in need of any vaccine.
Among these 56% willing to take vaccine were of different point of views when the question arose for the origin of vaccine. Different preferences were:

- 14%-Pakistan
- 9%-US
- 5%-UK
- 3%-Russia
- 2%-Islamic countries
- 1%-Germany
- 1%-Japan
- 15%-Govt. approved
- 16-no answer
