Dua Lipa recently expressed her appreciation for modern women’s ability to ‘have it all’ and move at their own pace.
This has happened around the same time that she began making jokes about not wanting to become a mother “anytime soon” because her priority is an upcoming album.
The pop star recently shared her thoughts on family in an interview, saying, “Family is so precious.” The interviewer started by asking if she intended to have children in the future. “Hmm, maybe,” the singer retorted. But there are no plans.
The 28-year-old pop star made an appearance on the Vogue France cover story, where she made the joke that her new album was the only thing in her life that received “all the love.”
Dua also discussed the previously unattainable opportunities that women can now obtain in the modern era.
“They now possess a place that was previously off-limits to women, and they can proceed at their own pace,” she said.
I want to keep enjoying my youth, the woman continued. When the time is right, I’ll have children, but for now, I have other priorities.
Before concluding the chat, Dua Lipa urged respect for women’s choices, regardless of what they are.
