On the appeals against the punishment in the marriage case of PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi, Khawar Manika’s lawyer said that the contempt of the judges of the Supreme Court is noticed for the contempt of the judges of the subordinate courts. But why is there no notice, if the founder PTI apologized to the nation, then the complainant Khawar Manika can also forgive, there is no restriction in the law as to how long the complaint was filed.
According to private TV channel Geo News, a hearing was held on the appeals against the sentence against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in the Iddat Nikah case. Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka heard the appeals. Today is the last day to decide on the appeals.
Khawarmanika’s lawyer, Zahid Asif, while giving arguments, said that the head of the state, being a public representative, is accountable to the people in every way.
