Is Facebook silently showing biasness against Muslims?

Facebook is allegedly “losing trust among Arab users” as the social media platform has taken to immaturely slack its means towards the politically charged anti-Muslim chronicle in a second-of-its-kind incident since the app’s notorious spread of false news about attacks against Rohingya Muslims in March 2018

While many users are of the view that Facebook’s censorship issues can be credited to bugs, comprising of a “security feature” that stops users from posting Instagram stories related to Palestinian movement and other global happenings, the app’s workers considers there is something more threatening happening. A lot of them are disturbed that it might be possible now for Facebook to get out of all at this point in time.

Social media platforms like Facebook have always much-admired their parts they played during the 2011 rebellions against the so-called ‘despotic’ Middle Eastern regimes that were popularly collectively known as the Arab Spring, as evidence that “their platforms democratized information”.

The current Israel-Hamas attacks were quite alike because this time, these networking platforms silently deleted the anti-Israel content and “diverted more personnel and attention for pages and groups managed by prominent Israeli politicians such as Naftali Bennett and the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).”
