Due to this tactical shift, girls’ private schools will now end at 12:45 PM. Boys’ schools will also finish up at 1:00 PM. This time coordination aims to improve efficiency by streamlining the academic schedule.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Education Lahore issued a formal directive to inform people of the new times. All private educational institutions in the city must abide by this directive.
There is a Friday closure time of 11:30 AM set for all schools, which adds an intriguing dimension. This action provides a uniform break as the school week comes to an end while accommodating different school calendars.
The CEO of Education, Pervez Akhtar, emphasised the importance of this change, particularly as winter approaches.
All private schools are required to diligently implement the new timings during the colder months. The CEO emphasised the significance of following these modifications and anticipated a strong commitment from educational institutions to maintain the updated schedule.
