Legends Championship: India reach semi-finals despite defeat

Despite losing to South Africa in the World Championship of Legends cricket tournament, India reached the semi-finals.
The South African champions defeated the Indian champions by 54 runs in the last match, despite the defeat, India secured the fourth position in the event and reached the semi-finals. South Africa batted first in the match played at Northampton. And scoring 210 runs for the loss of eight wickets, India got a target of 211 runs. For the South African champions, Senman scored 73 runs and Levy scored 60 runs. For India, Harbhajan Singh was the successful bowler. The target of runs was met. Five Indian players returned to the pavilion on 77 runs, after which the Indian champions set a target of 153 runs. Irfan Pathan had scored 35 runs before he was run out. India will face Australia in the semi-final while Pakistan will play the semi-final against the West Indies.
