Naseem Shah, a Pakistani bowler, is devastated that his country would not be represented at the ICC Men’s World Cup.

Naseem Shah Shah was hurt during the most recent Asia Cup in Sri Lanka, suffering a shoulder injury.

India will host the ICC World Cup beginning on October 5.

Naseem Shah said on social media site X, formerly known as Twitter, that he will not be joining this incredible squad.

After the World Cup roster was revealed, Naseem Shah commented on X, “With a heavy heart, I’m sharing that I will not be part of this amazing team that will be representing our beloved country.”

“Although I’m disappointed, I think Allah is in control of everything. Insha’Allah, Allah will shortly be in action.

The 15-person team for the forthcoming ICC World Cup 2023, which will be played in India, was revealed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) earlier in the day.

Inzamam-ul Haq, the top selector, revealed the Pakistani team in Lahore.

Squad: Hasan Ali, Abdullah Shafique, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Imam-ul-Haq, Iftikhar Ahmed, Mohammad Rizwan (wk), Shadab Khan, Mohammad Nawaz, Usama Mir, Haris Rauf, M Wasim Jr., Saud Shakeel, and Salman Ali Agha.

Mohammad Haris, Abrar Ahmed, and Zaman Khan are the travelling reserves.
