Chief Operating Officer of the Hospitality and Education Division, Hashoo Group, Haseeb A. Gardezi has revealed that the PC Hunza would be open to both travellers and adventure seekers soon near Attabad Lake, Hunza Valley.
He said this as the authorities of the Pakistan Services Limited and Road & Story signed the MoU a few days ago. Talking at the occasion, Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Khalid Khurshid has said implementing to the prime minister’s tourism vision, the country can get rid of its debt through the revamping of infrastructure and making of facilities for tourists.
“Investors are encouraged to come and we will facilitate them. The government of GB is also focusing on the development of new cities while ensuring preservation of the environment,” he said at the memorandum of understanding signing ceremony here for the five-starPearl-Continental Hotel in the beautiful Hunza Valley.
Haseeb A. Gardezi said the hotel above the turquoise-blue Attabad Lake and surrounded by the magnificent Karakoram Mountains will offer finest hospitality to visitors. Director of Road & Story Yasar Rashid said his organisation’s aim was to make quality hotels and resorts while preserving the natural environment, inspiring local communities and helping to transfer modern construction technologies in the area.
