Kamran Tesori, the governor of Sindh, presented a big suggestion that will significantly lower the price of gasoline by 140 rupees.

On the anniversary of Shaheed Liaquat Ali Khan’s passing, the governor visited the shrine of the first prime minister of Pakistan and made the recommendation public.

In addition to reciting Fatiha and writing in the guest book, Governor Tesori paid his respects to the holy location.

The ambitious plan from Mr. Tessori follows a recent statement by the interim federal administration, which on October 15 announced the greatest decrease in gasoline prices in the nation’s history.

This decrease was attributable to declining oil prices globally and a stronger Pakistani rupee relative to the US dollar.

As a consequence of the government’s initial action, the price of gasoline was reduced by 40 rupees, from 323.38 paise per liter to 283.38 paise.

The cost of high-speed fuel also dropped by 15 rupees, from Rs 318 18 paise to Rs 303 18 paise.

Anwar Haq Kakar, the caretaker prime minister, has further ordered officials to see to it that the advantages of lower gasoline costs are distributed to the populace.

The urgent need to solve economic issues and assuage inflation worries is reflected in Governor Tesori’s recommendation for an even larger price reduction of 140 rupees.

His appeal has generated a lot of discussion and attention since it aims to provide Pakistan’s citizens with further help during these difficult economic times.
