The managing director of Pakistan international airlines (PIA), Ejaz Haroon and their former Human Resources director, Haneef Pathan have been arrested in Karachi on the charges of misused authority.
After conducting a thorough and detailed investigation process, the arrest has been made in Karachi.
The federal investigation institution has arrested the two of them because they were found guilty of being involved in the financial irregularities and misuse of the authority such as recruiting personnel with illegal actions.
Ejaz Haroon has resigned from his post in the year 2011and in 2018, the federal investigation Authority (FIA) had started the investigation process against him. The investigation has begun on the alleged remarks of massive corruption and money laundering.
