Rana Sanaullah, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs, has said that the Prime Minister talked about his resignation on the issue of tax because there is pressure on this issue from some places.
While speaking in Geo Pakistan program of private TV Geo News, Rana Sanaullah said that even when we were being put in jails and we were being cheated, we were ready to sit and we are still ready to sit but they (PTI) Not ready. He said that when there is a conflict, then everything is meaningless and in such a case he will exert his full force and we will also exert our full force. The adviser to the Prime Minister said that the decision of specific seats has increased the confusion, the constitution has already fixed the procedure in this regard, the independent members had given affidavits of the Sunni Ittehad Council, the Sunni Ittehad Council went to the Supreme Court. It did not come but the seats were given to PTI, now the next 29 days will be marketed and this will lead to horse trading. He further said that everyone, including the Prime Minister, the Election Commission and the judges, have taken an oath to protect the Constitution, they have to decide whether to follow the Constitution or to violate their oath, both things cannot go together.
Rana Sanaullah while explaining about the resignation of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that the Prime Minister had talked about resigning on the issue of tax and there is pressure from some places in this regard.
Earlier, while speaking in Naya Pakistan program of private TV Geo News, Ranathanullah said that it is appropriate to keep Imran Khan where he is, no one stopped him from going to court, Imran Khan has the right to defend himself. But the prosecution also has the right to argue its case.
