The yearly examination fees have increased for all nine of Punjab’s examination boards, including the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) in Rawalpindi.

According to the announcement, the matriculation exam fee has increased from Rs 550 to Rs 700. The development, scholarship, and sports funds come with extra fees, and the processing price for the admission form is also increased.

The amended fees take effect right away, and November 15 is the cutoff date for submitting entrance costs.

Apart from the initial price, students are required to pay an additional Rs 200 for the development fund, Rs 80 for the scholarship fund, Rs 100 for the sports fee, and Rs 530 for the processing charge.

The amount for the admission form has been changed to Rs 100. The cost is Rs 1,400 for normal scientific group students in grades 9 and 10, and it is also Rs 1,400 for arts group students who have practicals.

The cost for general group students is Rs 1,300. While private students will pay Rs 1,400 for the general group, Rs 1,500 for the arts group with practicals, and Rs 1,500 for the scientific group, the costs are higher.

As a result, regular scientific group students will pay an overall entrance price of Rs3,110, which is the same as the entire admission charge of Rs3,010 for regular arts group students, including practicals.

Students in the private scientific group will pay a total of Rs3,210 for admission, while students in the private arts group who are enrolled in practicals will pay Rs3,210 overall.

The letter further states that double costs are charged from December 13 to December 26. The single-entry deadline is set for November 15 to December 12. January 3 is the deadline for submitting an entrance form with three fees. The deadline is December 27.
