The organization, in a statement, stated that Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Moulana Abdul Khabir Azad has arranged the meeting.
The seminar of regional and district committees will be carried out at their own headquarters.
In the meantime, Zonal Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Islamabad’s meeting will be conducted at the Ministry for Religious Affairs and Inter-faith Harmony, the statement further mentioned.
This is going to be the first Ramadan moon sighting with the new chairman, Moulana Azad, who was selected by the federal government in the ending of last year, as he has taken over after Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman.
The new chairman in January stated he would bring about his optimum efforts to convey synchronization in observing Ramazan and celebrating Eid in the country in the coming times.
“The entire nation will observe fasting on the same days and also celebrate Eid on one day,” he had stated.
