Record-breaking day at PSX as the KSE-100 index surpasses 76,000 points

On Friday, the Pakistan Stock Exchange experienced unprecedented activity as the index surpassed the 76,000-point threshold.

The 100 Index jumped 956 points, setting a new record high of 76,070 points for the first time in the history of the nation.

The stock market had a notable upswing yesterday as well, with share values rising by 48.74 billion PKR. The KSE 100 Index increased by 157.80 points at the end of the trading day, closing at 75,114.47 points.

Remarkably, the Pakistan Stock Exchange had a record high last week as well, with the index rising beyond the 75,000-point mark.
