Federal Law Minister Nazir Tarar has said that PTI was neither a petitioner nor did they ask for relief, Sunni Unity Council went to ask for relief but PTI was given.

According to private TV channel Geo News, while giving a press conference in Islamabad, Azam Nazir Tarar said that there is no threat to the government from the decision of the Supreme Court, we still have a majority of 209 members. He had asked for relief, relief was sought by Sunni Ittehad Council but it was given to PTI.

The Federal Law Minister said that PTI itself has 80 members, 39 people wrote at some stage that they belong to PTI, our 2018 senate members still have Azad written in front of them. It is understood that the Sunni Unity Council had come to seek relief, their request was that the seats should be given to the Sunni Unity Council. They have been rewritten, instead of interpretation of Article 51 and 106 new things have been written, it is the power of the court to interpret the constitution but it has gone beyond interpretation, we have been taught to submit to the court order.

He said that relief was sought by Sunni Unity Council but it was given to PTI, PTI was not a party in the case. According to the constitution and law, opinion and criticism is our right, the constitution we read, the Supreme Court is quite the opposite. Courts have been entangled in political cases, the courts have been entangled in political cases, the judges who have been trained to make decisions according to the constitution and the law, making decisions that are not in the constitution is painful for me. The federal law minister said that many people have taken votes on the mandate of political parties, the government coalition has a clear majority in the federation, the province where our government is also has a clear majority.
