Recently during a PSL match between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators, the LQ bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi and QG captain Sarfaraz Ahmad shared heated moment on ground.

After that, Shaheen took to his twitter to apologize to the former national team captain under whose captaincy, Shaheen’s career had taken off.

On the ground, Sarfaraz had told shaheen to at least make sure if he’s alright after getting hit which led to trigger an impulsive response from shaheen.

The moment became an instant topic on the social media and fans had quite some views on it. Some wanted shaheed to show respect and apologize while some were of the view that such heated moments happen in a game and both should let it go.

Amidst all this, Shaheen decided to apologize via his twitter account as he went on to say: “Saifi [Sarfaraz] Bhai is the pride of all of us. He was and will always remain a captain for me. Whatever happened in the game that day was the heat of the moment. I should have stayed quiet in respect of him. I have always respected my seniors and pray and wish the best for Sarfaraz Ahmed Bhai,”

Whereas, Sarfaraz accepted it by saying: “It’s all good bro. Whatever happened in the field, it should stay in the field. You are the star of Pakistan too. May Allah give you more success in life. You are a little brother to me. All is well.”
