Indian opener Shubman Gill continued to dominate world cricket as the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the ODI rankings on Wednesday.

According to details, Gill, who showed his batting prowess in the Champions Trophy 2025, remained number one in the ODI format. Former Pakistan captain Babar Azam remained in second place in the ODI format.

Rohit Sharma moved to the third spot in the ODI rankings.

Virat Kohli moved to the fifth spot.

Sri Lankan spin bowler Maheesh Theekshana continued to gain the number one spot, courtesy of his bowling prowess.

Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi remained in the number nine spot in the ODI cricket.
