The Sindh Assembly has approved the budget of three trillion rupees for the new financial year. The total expected income of the province is three trillion rupees, of which 62 percent will be federal transfers and 22 percent will be provincial receipts. PauseMute
The Sindh Assembly approved proposals for development expenditure of 959 billion rupees, current capital of 22 billion rupees, 334 billion rupees, PSDP of 77 billion rupees was approved, in addition to provincial receipts of 662 billion rupees 350 billion. Sales tax on services of Rs., GST plus tax of Rs.269 billion and provincial non-tax receipts of Rs.42.9 billion were approved.
The Sindh Assembly approved 61.9 trillion rupees in current revenue, 184 billion rupees in current capital, 42 billion rupees in current capital expenditure for loans and other payments, and 142.5 billion rupees in public investment.
