Two educational organizations in Islamabad have been closed as a result of the COVID-19 cases that were reported as of today.
Based on the info, the area health authorities closed Islamabad’s Model College for Boys in Sector I-10/1 and Model College for Boys in Sector F-7/3 where a number of coronavirus cases were seen to be recorded.
The Coronavirus cases have been increasing in the educational institutions from the time when they were reopened and continued regular classes.
Observing the virus trend in last 24 hours in the country, more 11 patients expired because of respiratory infection in Islamabad and Rawalpindi which is the maximum figure of losses caused by the coronavirus in 2021.
Likewise, the sum of patients who tested positive from the both these cities in the past 24 hours are the highest in a day than the previous highest number that was on December 24 last year.
A number of 263 new patients have been recounted from the twin cities from where the pandemic has so far taken a total of 1,148 lives.
It is essential to note that the number of patients being tested positive from the area has been displaying a significant rise for the last three-and-a-half weeks, after the resurrecting of educational institutions at all levels.
